Thomas "Tom" Kubacki

Thomas “Tom” Kubacki, age 71 of Westfield, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at UW Hospital in Madison.  He was born on February 23, 1952 in Milwaukee to Harry and Evelyn (Sliga) Kubacki.  Tom graduated from Pulaski High School in Milwaukee.  He married Anne Zylka on October 3, 1987.  Tom worked in the industrial sign industry for many years.  After his retirement, Tom and Anne moved to their lake home on Lawrence Lake outside of Westfield.  He loved being outdoors, especially fishing.

Tom is survived by his wife, Anne; two brothers, Gary (Marianne) and Dennis (Barbara); sister, Nancy (Ron) Steele; sister in law, Shirley Kubacki; many other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Following Tom’s wishes, no service will be held.
