Terry "Hip" Colburn

Terry “Hip” L. Colburn, age 71 of Oxford (Goose Lake), passed away on Friday, March 11, 2022 at his home.  He was born on August 20, 1950 to Royal and Lola (Sandow) Colburn.

Terry worked at Briggs & Stratton in Milwaukee for over 30 years.  He was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting fishing and riding his Harley.  Terry had a warm heart and was a friend to everyone.

Survivors include his two sisters, Dawn (John) Pendell and Mari Ann Colburn; one brother, Dennis (Vicki) Colburn; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of life for Terry will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Lakeshore Bar and Grill on Jordan Lake, 3514 County Rd. G (Rural Oxford).
