Slade Salzwedel

Slade Robert Salzwedel, age 45 of Harrisville, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 25, 2008 at Divine Savior Hospital, Portage. He was born on April 2, 1963 in Madison, son of the late Robert and Kathleen (Koepcke) Salzwedel. Slade graduated from Westfield High School in 1981. He was currently employed at T.W. Design, Montello. Slade enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, canning and spending time with his dog, Molly.
Slade will be greatly missed by two brothers, Kebin (Tracy Hodge) Kline, Westfield and Brent Salzwedel, Westfield; two sisters, Jeanne (Tim) Johnson, Oxford and Denise (Glen) Gorsuch, Neshkoro; best friends, C.J. and Molly; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A funeral service for Slade will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Steinhaus-Holly Funeral Home, Westfield. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery, Montello. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
