Paul R. Garvey

Paul R. Garvey, age 89 of Montello, passed away in his sleep on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at his home.   He was born on September 13, 1934 in Brookfield, WI to Raymond and Regina (Wallace) Garvey.  Paul owned and operated Time Construction Inc., West Allis until his retirement.  He was a member of the Harrisville Lions Club and Sportsmen’s Club in Harrisville.

Paul is survived by his wife of 60 years, Bette (Kirchhoff); three children, Linda, Karen and Patrick; three grandchildren, Anne (Chris), Kelly and Zachary; two great-grandchildren, Tyler and Roisin; three sisters; one brother; many extended family and friends.   He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters and two brothers.

A celebration of life gathering for Paul will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Steinhaus-Holly Funeral Home in Westfield.  Full military honors will follow the gathering at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

An additional celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at H.A. Todd American Legion Post 537, 9159 Beloit Rd., Milwaukee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to Budda Box Inc., P.O. Box 591, Montello, WI 53949.
