Michael Carter

Michael J. Carter, age 61 of Packwaukee, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015 at his home. He was born on April 2, 1954 in St. Marys, Ohio to Ted and Vera (Forschler) Carter.

Survivors include his two sisters; one brother and other relatives and friends.

According to Michael's wishes, no service will be held.
