Kean Fravel

Kean A. Fravel, age 38 of Westfield, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2015. He was born on August 21, 1977 in Wautoma, Wisconsin to Howard and Rita (Connolly) Fravel Jr. Kean attended Westfield schools. He held several jobs in in various fields working as an auto/truck mechanic, a machinist and in food manufacturing. Kean was an avid gardner and enjoyed cooking, cutting wood and fishing.

Survivors include his mother and step father, Rita (Tom) Giese, Harrisville; two sisters, Theresa (Dean) Brandner and Andrea Bielby; two brothers, Shawn (Ellen) and Brian (Lori) Fravel; five nephews, two nieces; three step brothers, Mike, Mark (Nancy) and Paul (Ashley) Giese; one step sister, Kay (Bill Richards) Giese; his best friend, Erik (Connie) Dreher; many other relatives and friends. Kean was preceded in death by his father, Howard Fravel Jr and his grandparents.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial for Kean will be held on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Westfield with Father Tim Renz officiating. A visitation will be held on Friday from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. at Steinhaus-Holly Funeral Home of Westfield. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the family.
