Jody Marie Cummings

Jody Marie Cummings, age 62 of Westfield, unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024. She was born on December 25, 1961, in Portage, Wisconsin to her parents Darwin and Barbara (McDonald) Wolfgram.

Jody graduated from Portage High School in 1980. On November 11, 1989, she married Dan, and they shared 34 years of marriage together. Jody initially worked for various travel agencies before venturing out to open her own business, JC Travel, nestled in the heart of downtown Westfield. However, she later sold her business to dedicate herself to pursue her passion and love of being a mother and raising a family. 

Jody’s interests were diverse and vibrant. She had an enduring love for travel, beaches, boating, and holiday celebrations, especially throwing birthday parties for her children. Jody always loved her sports cars, especially her 1989 Jaguar convertible. 

Her affection extended to dogs, especially Boxers, Dobermans, and Great Danes. A lover of classic rock music, she was often found dancing to her favorite songs. She was always capturing memories taking photos & videos, making photo albums and family home videos. Some of her other hobbies included bowling with her girlfriends; lots of shopping, always showcasing her fashionable style. Everybody knew you were in for a long day if you joined her. Jody of course loved Dan’s smell of the 9 Cees Dairy Farm however it was no Calvin Klein. 

Jody is survived by her husband, Dan; six children, Max, Parker, Hunter, Payton, Kalista and Kiriana Cummings; grandson, Tucker Cummings; mother, Barbara Wolfgram; sister, Bobbi Kelley; brother, Boyd (Holly) Wolfgram; three nephews, Brody Wolfgram, Tyler and Davin Kelley; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Darwin.
