Jo Ann Janke

Jo Ann Janke, age 73 of Westfield, passed away peacefully in her sleep with family by her side on Monday, March 22, 2021 at her home.  She was born on March 27, 1947 in Wisconsin Rapids, daughter of the late Joe and Marie (Mroz) Kwasigroch.  Jo Ann graduated from Assumption High School in 1965.  She enjoyed working at Power Packer in Westfield for 27 years, retiring in 2015.  Jo Ann married her best friend, Dick on October 25, 1980 and they enjoyed 40 years of a wonderful life together.  She loved trail riding and camping with friends and family, tending to her flower beds and she had a talent for arts and crafts.  Jo Ann will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Jo Ann is survived by her husband, Dick; son, Bob Weiss; step-son, Steve (Deb) Janke; step-daughter, Stephanie Bricco; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three sisters, Peg Waltz of New London, Rose Brilowski of Stevens Point and Mari (Rick) Austin of Wisconsin Rapids; many other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life for Jo Ann will be held at a later date.
