Jen Marshall

Jen Audrey Marshall, age 50 of Westfield, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Monday, April 20, 2009 at her home. She was born on November 27, 1958 in Berlin. Jen is the daughter of Russell and Charlotte (Ellis) Marshall and she grew up in the Hancock area. Jen attended Tri-County High School. She was a reporter for the Waushara Argus and then went onto school at MATC-Madison and earned a degree as a Paralegal. Jen was employed at Two Lakes Supper Club, Brakebush Brothers for 17 years and most recently was co-owner of Sneaky Pete’s in Hancock. Jen was loved by all.
Survivors include her parents, Russell and Charlotte Marshall, Hancock; one son, Grant Schwersenska and one daughter, Nicole Schwersenska, both of Portage; special friend, Mike Robinson, Montello; siblings, Judy Ward, Darrell (Judy) Marshall, Donna (Andy) Jeffery, Karen (Archie) Neal, Lloyd (friend, Shawn) Marshall and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends too numerous to mention. Jen was preceded in death by her brother, James and brother in law, Robert Ward.
A funeral service for Jen will be held on Friday, April 24, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Hancock United Church of Christ, Hancock with Rev. Yul Kwon officiating. Interment will be in Plainfield Village Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2009 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Steinhaus-Holly Funeral Home, Westfield and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the church. In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established in Jens name.
