Jeffrey L. White

Jeffrey L. White, age 63 of Oxford, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at his home following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Jeff was born on March 14th, 1961 in Dodgeville, WI to Richard and Janet (Arnold) White. Jeff was raised in the Black Earth, WI area and attended Wisconsin Heights High School.

In 1986, Jeff married the love of his life, Sharon (Stuckey) White, with whom he enjoyed 38 years of marriage. Together, they raised their three children, Elizabeth, Jennifer, and Jeffrey in McFarland, WI.

Jeff had a variety of interests including bowling, hunting, poker, music, and attending concerts and Packers games. He took pleasure in organizing and participating in memorable experiences and trips for his children and grandchildren. Jeff also had a soft spot for spoiling both dogs and grandchildren with treats.

Throughout his career as a corporate controller at Midwest Perishables, Inc., Jeff took great pride in his work and built lasting friendships over several decades. 

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Jeff committed his time to owning and investing in various business ventures. After his retirement from Midwest Perishables, Jeff and Sharon, along with friends Steve and Heidi Robinson, purchased Thal Acres Golf and Bowling Complex in Westfield, WI. Jeff took great pleasure in cultivating many friendships during his time at Thal Acres.

Jeff dedicated himself tirelessly to ensuring the success of his businesses to secure a better future for his family. Jeff also found joy in assisting his family and friends with tax matters and financial decisions.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Sharon; their three children: Elizabeth (Chadd), Jennifer, and Jeffrey (Glenn); grandchildren: Dominick, Andrew, Breanna, Isabella, Rou, Charlotte, Easton, and Elywin; sister, Sandy (Jon); brother, David (Janine); father, Richard; and many nieces and nephews. Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Janet. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 10th, 2024 at Grandma Mary’s Café, 175 US Highway 14, Arena, WI from 1 - 4 PM. 

An additional Celebration of Life will be held at Thal Acres Golf and Bowling Complex in the future.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Jeff White Memorial Fund at National Exchange Bank & Trust, 326 E. Second St., Westfield, WI 53964, which will be donated to the Thal Acres Youth Golf and Bowling Programs.

The family extends a heartfelt thank you to Dr. James Heun and the incredible nurses in the infusion and oncology clinics at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo.
