Irv Millard

Irv Millard, age 75 of Westfield, passed away on Friday, May 18, 2007 at St. Michael's Hospital, Stevens Point. He was born on May 23, 1931 in Milwaukee, son of the late George and Elizabeth (Buschman) Millard. Irv married June Payne on July 24, 1954 in Tazewell, VA. He served his country in the United States Navy during Korea. Irv owned and operated Millard Pest Control in the Waukesha County area. Along with his wife, Irv retired to Westfield in 1995. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, June; two sons, John (Kathy), CO and Dan (Cindy), Slinger; 11 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three sisters, Carol Willoughby, NV, Joyce Sherman, CA, Janet Holderman, Kenosha; two brothers, John (Charlotte), Oxford, Jim, Montello; many other relatives and friends. Irv was preceded in death by three brothers, Andrew, George and Bobby.
A funeral service for Irv will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at 12:00 PM at Steinhaus-Holly Funeral Home, Westfield with Pastor Joe Adkins officiating. Full military honors will follow the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Township of Springfield, Marquette County. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the hour of service at the funeral home.
