Biography Hilda Louise Becker of Westfield, WI passed away Sat. June 14th at Divine Savior Hospital in Portage.
Hilda was born Feb 15, 1931 to William & Elsie (Boelke) Hine of Coloma, WI. On June 3, 1951 she was married to Darwin Becker in Coloma. They made their home in Westfield with Darwin's father Bill, whom Hilda lovingly cared for until his death in 1973. Darwin & Hilda owned & operated the Edgewater Bar in Westfield for 21 years.
She is survived by a daughter Judi (Joe Secor) Tymusz of DePere, a son Randy (Sandy) of Portage. Also survived by grand children Bill (Lanell) Becker, Lisa Tymusz, Lynn Russo, Jared Banker, Alexis Berry, Bobbie & Carley Haro, 4 great grand daughters, sister-in-law Helen Hine, nieces, nephews cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 sisters Luella (Rosanske), Helen (Manteufel), Verna (Nelson), 4 brothers, Herman, Harold, Carl & Gary Hine.
The family would like to thank Hilda's special neighbors, Eloise Quinn & George/Marlene Booher for being there for her & to her niece Sue Standke for her many loving & caring visits.
A funeral service for Hilda will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Westfield with Vicar Ron Riemer and Rev. Jeffrey Teeple officiating. Interment will be in Westfield East Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the church.
