Gordon Sybell

Gordon S. Sybell, age 84 of Westfield, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018 at his home.  He was born on August 15, 1933 in Westfield to Charles and Mildred (Walsh) Sybell.  Gordon married Hazel on June 16, 1979 in Westfield.  He was born, raised and spent his entire life in Westfield.  Gordon was a farmer and worked at Brakebush Brothers for many years until his retirement.  He was an avid hunter, Packer fan and loved country music.

Survivors include his two sisters in law, C. Patricia Sybell, Adams and Mary Sybell, Waukesha; two nieces, Pamela (Robert) Kurudza, New Berlin and their children, Ryan and Kaitlyn and Deb (Andy Gorjestani) Sybell, Sun Prairie and their son, Nick; other relatives and friends.  Gordon was preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife, Hazel; two brothers, Donald and Ralph Sybell.

A funeral service for Gordon will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Steinhaus-Holly Funeral Home in Westfield with Pastor Alyson Janke officiating.  Visitation will be held on Saturday from10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.  Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Town of Westfield.  In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation, P.O.
