Fred Templin

Fred A. Templin, age 90 of Oxford, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Montello Care Center.  He was born on October 14, 1927 in Wisconsin Dells to Emil and Esther (Foreman) Templin.

Fred worked at Brakebush Brothers for many years and then at Marquette Area Opportunities in Montello until his retirement.  He was proud to have competed in the Special Olympics, winning one gold and three silver medals.  Fred was easy going, gentle and everyone liked him.

Fred is survived by extended family and special friends, Dan and Mary Walters of Oxford.  He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers and a sister.

A graveside service for Fred will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Lodi with Pastor Brenda Pulver officiating.
