Frank E. Braatz Sr., age 88 of Oxford/Portage, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Wisconsin Dells Health Services. He was born on April 26, 1936 in Waukesha to Herbert and Clara (Hoppe) Braatz. Frank married Joyce (Stratton) Droste on April 8, 1989. He worked in heating and air conditioning for many years and enjoyed electrical work as well.

Frank is survived by his wife, Joyce; children, Carolyn, Todd, Scott (Cory), all of the Milwaukee area and Frank Jr. (Laura), Watertown; step-children, Debbie (Duane) Marchand, Portage, Vicky (Kevin) Homan, Portage and Tammy (Scott) Kohnke, Montello; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Betty Fehman, Waukesha; brother, Richard Braatz, Oxford; brother-in-law, Ray (Sharon) Stratton, Beaver Dam and many other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Mark; sisters, Grace Seefeldt, Ruth Dare and Alice Waypa and brothers, Harvey and David Braatz.

A graveside service for Frank will be held on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Oxford Town Cemetery with Pastor Terry Temanson officiating.

The family would like to thank the staff at Wisconsin Dells Health Services for the wonderful care they gave to Frank.
