Etta Van Horn

Etta Ruth Van Horn, age 94 of Orland Park, IL, formerly of Westfield, passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Alden Estates of Orland Park.  She was born on July 12, 1927 in Fulton, IL to Ralph and Effie (Vanderschaaf) Huizenga.  Etta loved gardening, animals, shopping and spending time with her family.

Etta is survived by her daughter, Diane (Don) Reener of Westfield; grandson, Randy Edward Reener; other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Earl who passed away on August 15, 2007.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.  Inurnment will be in Southern WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.
