Biography Dorothy M. Froling, age 82 of Oxford, formerly of Cudahy, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at Montello Care Center. She was born on September 7, 1924 in South Milwaukee, daughter of the late Frederick and Dorathea (Stark) Wulff. Dorothy married Gordon Froling on December 6, 1947 in South Milwaukee. She worked for the Cudahy Library for 16 years where she enjoyed helping people. Dorothy also enjoyed reading, fishing and living at Goose Lake.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Gordon; two daughters, Karen (Richard) Gonia, New Berlin and Heidi (James) Benson, Neenah; six grandchildren, Amy (Kevin) Huckstep, Adam and Matthew Gonia, Dana (fiancé Kunal Patel) Benson, Kelly and Jacob Benson; one great grandson due in March 2007; two sisters, Erica Juntunen and Irma Marko; one brother, Christian Wulff; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Muriel and Monica.
A funeral service for Dorothy will be held on Monday, February 19, 2007 at 12:00 PM at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church, Oxford with Rev. Brian Rohde officiating. Interment will be in Oxford Village Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Monday from 10:30 AM until the hour of service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials are appreciated to St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church.
