Clyde Porter

Clyde R. Porter, age 99 of Oxford/Montello, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at Montello Care Center.  He was born on December 9, 1917 in Pardeeville to Clyde J. and Edna (Meeker) Porter.  Clyde proudly served with the Army Air Force during WW II and was a member of the Neenah Valley Oxford VFW Post 6003.

Survivors include nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Roland Porter; two sisters, Doris Leslie and May Gardner.

No formal service will be held.  Burial will be in Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.
