Candace Jerome

Candace M. Jerome (nee Dalton), age 37 of Pardeeville, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 1, 2012. She was born on March 19, 1975 in Columbus to Gerald and LuAnn (nee Kochom) Dalton.

Survivors include her two children, Faith and Braeden Jerome, Pardeeville and their dad, Thomas Jerome, Pardeeville; her parents, Gerald and LuAnn Dalton, Westfield; two sisters, Cristelle (Don) Mills, Coloma and Jennifer Dalton, Westfield; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; two uncles and one aunt.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Sunday, October 7, 2012 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Achterberg Archery/Sports Club 22, N6759 State Hwy 22 South, Pardeeville. A private family inurnment will be at Westfield East Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to LuAnn Dalton, N7484 7th Ct., Westfield, WI 53964 for Candace’s children.
